Do you stare at the upcoming collections and make mental lists of what you want to get even though you will completely disregard them once you see the collections in person?

But sometimes i just don’t understand the things they do…
Why does MAC bring out a collection with tinted moisturizers that late??? Why end of july and not… for example may, when we need it the most
